By reducing the width, we can gradually increase its thickness, reaching up to 8mm at around 200mm.
The sheet bending service was introduced to our service catalog in 2021 and includes sheets up to 1250mm wide with a thickness of 5mm.
The most important aspect is the proper dimensioning of all distances, hole diameters, angles, and diagonals, so that the element we create meets your expectations as closely as possible.
Every day we also create more complex elements, both based on submitted programs in DXF or DWG files and based on photos, cut templates, and even hand-drawn sketches.
Most of our production consists of elements in the shape of a rectangle or circle, which are ultimately used in construction, prefabrication of steel structures, as mounting brands or spacer pads.
Of course, we take on challenging tasks. Sometimes, it is precisely the completion of these tasks that we are most proud of, and they demonstrate our experience and professionalism.
Much cheaper (when converted to PLN/kg) will be simple, repetitive elements that are easy to design and have no openings than those that are single-use and complicated.
Primarily the price of the material, but also the labor intensity, which includes both the work involved in designing the elements and in their execution.
